The space

We present to you a three bedroom, and hall, apartment with two washrooms, nestled in the modern village of Arpora. It's a hop, skip, and jump away from the most popular beaches of Goa, i.e., Anjuna, Baga and Calangute, and yet located in a serene, nature-surrounded, bliss. The common kitchen which is fully equipped for each and ever guest need from infant bottle sterilization to specific food for the elderly, we got you. Its on the ground floor and the caretaker will help out as and when needed. SINCE WE MAKE AND SERVE CHARGEABLE BREAKFAST TO OUR AIRBNB GUESTS FROM HERE. GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE KITCHEN BEFORE 1PM. If guests would like to use the kitchen to cook meals like lunch and dinner the one time cost is 300 only for the full stay.

• Minimum five persons to book if less pls ask first by sending enquiry.
• High speed WiFi (25 Mbps unlimited).
• Breakfast needs to be ordered the previous evening and is available between 8:30 - 10:30 a.m.
• Kitchen use costs Rs. 300 for duration of stay (between 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm).
• Swimming costumes, nylon wear, are compulsory for pool use. Pool timings are 9:30 am to 8:30 pm.
• Ironing charges are Rs. 25 per item. One load of laundry will cost Rs. 350 (washer/dryer).
• Smoking is ONLY allowed on balconies and not in rooms (no hukkas). Smoking/ drinking/ hukkas are not allowed in or by the pool.
• We take prior orders for cakes (birthdays, anniversaries, bridal showers) and cupcakes. We highly recommend our chocolate and red-velvet cakes.
